If you have trouble logging in try these remedies:
1. Do you have the current password? With each new monthly issue you will receive a new password by e-mail. Check your e-mail in box for an email from me Walton Marsh. There is a possibility that the email was sent to your spam folder. Check there and if you find it was marked as spam add my e-mail address to your contact list, or to your accepted subscribers list. The e-mail addres you need to add is sermonassistant@yahoo.com .
2. Is your subscription current? If your credit card has been declined your subscription will be suspended until payment is made. E-mail me to re-activate your subscription when your credit card problem is resolved. Send the e-mail to me at sermonassistant@yahoo.com . Allow 3 business days for re-activation to occur.
3. Your subscription is current and you have the latest password. The problem may be that you have typed the password or login name using capitol letters. Check to see that your CAP lock key is not activated. You may have tried to cut and paste the log on information and accidently included spaces before or after the password or login name.
Remember that the login name and password must be entered EXACTLY as it is given in the email. No additional spaces.
If you have lost your login information e-mail me and I will send it to you again.
You only need to subscribe the the Sermon Assistant one time. After that your credit card will automatically be charged each month until you notify me by email that you want to stop your subscription.
To cancell your subscription you must notify me by email.
In the event that your credit or debit card is declined I will attempt to process the payment 10 times. You will be notified by e-mail when the card is charged or when it is declined. After 10 unsuccessful attempts to process your payment your subscription with be stopped. If your credit card information has changed. For instance, you received a new card with a new expiration date. Or you moved and changed your address you must update your credit information on the system. When you receive a decline notice there will be a link on the email to allow you to update. If for some reason you cannot update with the link simply call me and I will do it manually. 352-339-3961
New usernames and passwords are emailed to all current subscribers each month, by the FIRST SUNDAY of the month. If you didn't receive the email, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it email me at sermonassistant@yahoo.com and I will send it to you today.
